Forgot to Mention is Jon's second album of the year, following up from First Things First, which was released at the end of March 2022. While his last EP was a return to his roots, with a primarily analog sound and vulnerable lyrics, "Forgot to Mention" embraces darker arrangements loaded with '808s and trap sounds. Assisted by several artists such as Billy Williams, Dalas, Jamvvis, Myles Lloyd, the six tracks present an electric energy that seamlessly blends with current trap and hip-hop codes.
